Standard Liability Waiver for IDII Online Classes 

By taking part in Isadora Duncan International Institute online classes you are fully agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

(a)  I am aware that by taking part in these lessons on Zoom and by having my camera active, IDII will take this as consent to being seen by your classmates and potentially spotlighted by the instructor. You may turn off the camera and audio if you wish or inform the instructor that you never wish to be spotlighted. Inform the instructor if your preferences change. 

(b) I consent without payment to photographing, filming or digital recording by IDII, its photographer, successors, agents and any and all persons and companies acting with the authority or permission of IDII the right and permission to copyright and/or use and/or publish pictures of the Participant for advertising, publicity, promotional, or educational purposes. I hereby waive the right to inspect and/or approve the finished product(s) or the printed matter that may be used in connection herewith. In giving this consent, I release IDII from any violation of any personal or proprietary right in connection with the foregoing use.

(c) I understand that all IDII Zoom classes, workshops and special events are recorded for archival and educational purposes. Private consultations are, however, never recorded under any circumstances.

(d)  I understand that Zoom has its own Terms and Conditions that are in no way associated with IDII and should be checked independently before use.

(e) I hereby absolve Isadora Duncan International Institute, Inc. from any and all legal claims as a result of any injuries or aggravation of a pre-existing condition, whether caused by digital or in-person classes, workshops or any activity or by any known or unknown physical condition of the premises or any act of a third party.

(f) Agreement to this Liability Waiver will act as your continued agreement to all ensuing sessions, workshops and/or seminars whether in person, via Skype, Zoom or any other video conferencing tool.
